I have forgotten my login details, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can get a new one by selecting the “FORGOT PASSWORD”. Once you have added your email address associated with your Samurai account select “SUBMIT”. You will then be sent a password reset link by email.
What is a pre-order window?
Items marked PRE-ORDER operate on an open and close pre-order window basis, where customers place their orders during this period. On closing date (stated within the homepage of your club shop) we collate all orders and begin the 7/9 week manufacturing process (subject to MOQ's being met). All other items are available from stock all year round, with a turnaround time of 7-10 working days subject to availability.
What size should I buy?

I have two items that are labelled the same size but fit differently. Why is this?
Our products come in a range of fits based on sport and fabric choice meaning certain fits are more suited to particular garment choices. For example, the Regular fit jackets would allow for several layering options which means it would be a looser fitting garment compared to a Pro fit top which is body contouring fit. How reliable is stock availability?
Stock availability changes on an hourly basis. In case of an availability problem, where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, you will be informed by email or phone with an expected availability date for your order.
What fabrics do Samurai Sportswear Use?
Samurai Sportswear use quality, technical fabrics that have been carefully selected by our Production Team, offering fabrics that work with the body so you can perform to your best during your training/match games.

Do you offer warranty on your garments?
Yes. We make our products durable so we offer a warranty on our garments for the garment’s expected lifetime, subject to their use. Our full terms and conditions will give you more details.
As standard we offer a 6 month guarantee on all Samurai products with the exception of Iconix Rugby Shirt, Stock Premier Short, Premier Netball Dress, Hockey Match Shirt, Cricket Match Shirt and Bespoke Leisure Short in men’s and women’s fits. These products are part of our ‘Samurai Super 6’ warranty which means they are guaranteed for 12 Months and will be included on garment hangtags.
In order to apply the ‘Samurai Super 6’ guarantee you must register your product at: product guarantee within 28 days of receiving your order, this will also detail full Terms and conditions.
When will I receive delivery of my order?
Online Store Customers
Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed and sent out via our track and trace service within 7-10 working days. Our courier will provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so you don't have to wait in all day. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your Samurai deliver to your front door.

How do I wash your clothing?
All of Samurai’s garments have wash care labels on them. Never wash your Samurai products above 40°C as this can affect the appearance or performance of your garment. For further information, please refer to the Garment Care section on our website here: garment care.
Can I return goods?
You can return plain stock items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted. We will process accepted returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return.
Stock item(s) that you have customised, or where you have purchased customised stock on behalf of a Club/School/College/University or organisation, whose kit include logo(s), name(s) and/or number(s), these garments are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods.
Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, including all attached labels and swing tags, and the cost of any loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods will be borne by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Samurai International is six months.
